Being in the UAE'S facility management industry for over 9 years, with a European, Canadian and Arab background, Mario Ciarla along with Faten Antar idealized Melius Restaurant Project with goal to unite good food, good service and good ambiance.
The Entreprenueurs with thier experience in the food service industry that time had the concept with a srong qualified team and suppliers developed in the four corners of the world and were looking for the right place in UAE to showcase their talent. In 2015 Melius Restaurant opened its first branch in one of the key location in Abu Dhabi at the Irena HQ Building in Masdar City.
At Melius we emphasize the importance of encounters therefore we have designed our Restaurant and Menu to be a extension of that.
